Griff Reid, President and CEO of CTI, brings over 20 years of domestic and international sales and management experience to his role.

He is a 4th-Generation timber industry executive, whose great-grandfather established the Schafer Bros. Logging Company. The largest timber mill in the Pacific Northwest, Schafer was acquired by Simpson Timber Company in 1955.

Under his leadership, CTI has expanded their business both domestically and internationally with annual revenue increasing more than 20% per year over the past six years while the industry as a whole has been flat.

During his career, Griff has initiated over $250 million in sales through the export/import of building products from the U.S. to Asia, and South America and Asia to the U.S., Canada, and Europe.

He is a graduate of the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business with an emphasis in Urban Planning and Development. He also has completed post-graduate work in business management.
