We pride ourselves on the delivery of top-quality solutions for building products manufacturers, distributors and retailers. In addition to our pioneering technology that uses recycled products, we've managed to establish ourselves as a trusted total solutions provider to our valuable customer base by focusing on product development and innovation through value engineering.
Our proven track record of working with customers as a product development partner is demonstrated by total product fabrication averaging six to nine months from inception to deployment. This includes identification of a "problem," conception of a solution, development of prototype samples, approval by the customer's engineering and production departments, manufacturing of production samples and trial containers, and ends with full completion of the program. At CTI, we've established a high degree of agility in reacting to volatile and unpredictable market price and volume conditions. We also boast an exceptional quality record with less than one-percent defect rates on ramped-up programs.
By utilizing a hands-on management strategy for growing our China production capacity, we in turn leverage existing businesses by forming "joint-ventures." We then provide our clients with product engineering, strategic capital equipment, production and QC management. We also open up new markets for downstream value-added products. Through this aggregation model, we've successfully grown our production capacity by more than 300 percent in two years, all with a product destination defect/return rate of less than one-percent.
Some of our clients include the world's largest door manufacturers, who produce millions of doors annually. Plus, we are regularly one of the highest rated vendor partners in terms of product innovation and development, and consistency of on-time delivery and quality. We also like to think of ourselves as being at the forefront of a revolution in the building industry by making use of recycled materials. Our goal is to change the way the world thinks about recycled and renewable resources — and we’re hoping to change the way you think about them too.
