This includes identification of a "problem," conception of a solution, development of prototype samples, approval by the customer's engineering and production departments, manufacturing of production samples and trial containers, and ends with full completion of the program. At CTI, we've established a high degree of agility in reacting to volatile and unpredictable market price and volume conditions. We also boast an exceptional quality record with less than one-percent defect rates on ramped-up programs.

By utilizing a hands-on management strategy for growing our China production capacity, we in turn leverage existing businesses by forming "joint-ventures." We then provide our clients with product engineering, strategic capital equipment, production and QC management. We also open up new markets for downstream value-added products. Through this aggregation model, we've successfully grown our production capacity by more than 300 percent in two years, all with a product destination defect/return rate of less than one-percent.
