Application Process
1.
SURFACE PREPARATION
The substrate is cleaned of any impurities and completely dried to prep for optimal coating adhesion.
2.
VINDEX™ COATING APPLICATION
The first protective layer is meticulously applied in a thin, full-coverage coat.
3.
CURING
The product then enters the curing oven, setting the stage for the product’s hardened surface, improved adhesion, moisture resistance, and smooth appearance.
4.
SANDING & POLISHING
After curing, the surface is lightly sanded to remove any imperfections, removing the chalky residue and ensuring a smooth base for the next layer.
5.
Repeat Steps 2-4 to ensure optimal thinness and a flawless finish.
Exterior products receive exterior Vindex™, followed by an additional latex paint coat.
6.
QUALITY INSPECTION
CTI conducts rigorous inspections at each touchpoint throughout the application process to guarantee the highest quality. Any detected imperfections are meticulously corrected to meet our exacting standards.
