CTI's products don't start on a shipping container. They start at the mill, where our on-site quality engineers oversee raw material selection, production tolerances, and finished product inspection before a single piece is shipped. This is what it means to manage 100% of our mills from production to delivery: CTI personnel are present at every facility in our network, applying CTI's quality standards at the source rather than inspecting problems after the fact.
Our global manufacturing network spans six countries across three continents, with production facilities in the United States, China, Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Brazil. Each facility is selected for its regional strengths, species access, manufacturing expertise, labor capability, and logistics efficiency and is operated or affiliated under CTI's quality program, which mandates consistent standards regardless of geography.
Over the past three years, CTI has invested more than $26 million in expanding and upgrading manufacturing capacity outside of China, building a more diversified and resilient production network that reduces single-source risk for our customers and accelerates our growth into new product categories.

CTI's Atlanta, Georgia facility is the production home of CTI Door Components and the Apex Door System™. Established to serve the growing demand for domestically produced door components with fast lead times and flexible customization, the Atlanta facility is CTI's most technologically advanced production environment, a purpose-built operation designed around the speed, precision, and flexibility requirements of door pre-hanging operations across the eastern United States.

The Atlanta facility is capable of producing the full Apex Door System component catalog, including all customization options (mitering, dado cutting, pre-drilling, weatherstrip stuffing, hinge and strike prep, 20-minute stamping, haunch cuts, and more). The facility's 21-day standard lead time means customers can plan production schedules with confidence, and its domestic location eliminates the port delays, tariff uncertainty, and extended ocean transit times that complicate import-sourced programs.
The Atlanta facility serves customers throughout the eastern United States, with freight routing optimized for one- and two-day delivery to major distribution centers and door manufacturing operations across the region.

CTI's China operations represent over two decades of manufacturing expertise and deep supplier relationships in the world's largest millwork production market. CTI-employed quality engineers are stationed at all China production facilities full-time, managing production processes, inspecting finished products, and enforcing CTI's quality standards at the mill level, the same standards applied in every CTI facility worldwide.
Our China mills specialize in high-volume production of primed pine millwork profiles (casing, baseboard, crown, boards, and smalls) leveraging China's well-developed wood processing infrastructure, skilled millwork manufacturing workforce, and established logistics networks for efficient container-load export to North America.
CTI's China operations are complemented by a $26 million diversification investment over the past three years that has expanded production capacity across Southeast Asia and Brazil, ensuring that customers are not exclusively dependent on a single geographic source for their millwork supply.
CTI's Southeast Asia network, spanning Cambodia, Malaysia, and Indonesia, provides access to some of the world's most important tropical and plantation wood species, including Falcata, Java Hardwood, and a range of plantation pine species suited to specific millwork applications. This regional diversity allows CTI to source the right material for each product requirement rather than substituting a less suitable alternative.
Each facility operates under CTI's quality program with in-person oversight, and production is coordinated with CTI's US operations team to ensure consistent lead times and supply reliability.
Cambodia and Malaysia operations focus primarily on hardwood and engineered wood processing, with capabilities in board production, profile milling, and door component manufacturing. Indonesia operations provide access to Falcata and Java Hardwood supply chains, with production capabilities spanning both raw substrate processing and finished millwork manufacturing.
CTI's Brazil production operations provide access to Radiata Pine and Taeda Pine from some of the most productive plantation forestry systems in the world. Brazil's southern states are the primary growing region for these species and have developed highly efficient plantation management and wood processing industries, producing pine substrate at consistent quality and competitive cost.
CTI's Brazil operations are built on long-standing partnerships with Dissenha and Seleme, two of the region's leading wood processing manufacturers. Together, these partnerships give CTI deep roots in Brazil's pine supply chain, spanning substrate production and pre-processing through kiln drying, finger-jointing, and planing. CTI supplies both finished profiles for the North American market and semi-processed substrate for other mills in the global network. The proximity of Brazil's pine plantations to deep-water port facilities supports competitive ocean freight costs to US East Coast distribution points.
