At CTI, our work reaches far beyond manufacturing. We believe that being a successful business means being a responsible neighbor and a company that strengthens the communities where we live, work, and build. Service is one of our core values, and each year, we put that value into action through volunteerism, charitable partnerships, and meaningful contributions that reflect who we are.

In 2025, our commitment to community support continued to grow. Here’s a closer look at the causes we championed, the people we honored, and why giving back will always be part of CTI’s identity.

Standing With Organizations That Make a Difference

This year, CTI supported a range of organizations, both local and national, whose missions align with our belief in strengthening families, empowering communities, and supporting those who serve others. Our contributions included hands-on volunteer work, financial donations, and employee-driven campaigns.

Some of the organizations we partnered with include:

We also encouraged our team to get involved through internal donation drives, charity walks, and employee-led initiatives that turned individual passions into meaningful impact.

Why We Support These Causes

Our community efforts reflect what matters most to our employees, our customers, and our partners. Some causes are deeply personal. This year, we continued our support for ALS research in honor of Bill Boone, a long-time CTI colleague whose legacy continues to inspire us.

Other initiatives reflect our commitment to our hometown and to strengthening families in our region. For example, our support of Saint John’s Program for Real Change helps women and children in Sacramento build new pathways forward through education, housing, and career training.

We intentionally focus on efforts that:

  • Support families and children

  • Strengthen local communities

  • Advance education and leadership

  • Honor veterans and those who serve

  • Align with the industries and partners we work alongside

These aren’t just causes, they’re extensions of our culture.

Why Giving Back Matters to CTI

For us, giving back isn’t a program or initiative. It’s a reflection of who we are. We believe that businesses have a responsibility to strengthen the communities that make their success possible. When we serve others, we reinforce what it means to be part of CTI: a team grounded in service, purpose, and people-powered performance.

Supporting our communities also strengthens our internal culture. It brings our employees together, gives deeper meaning to our work, and reminds us that success is measured by far more than business results. The impact we make outside our walls is just as important as the products we build.

Looking Ahead

As we continue to grow, our commitment to service will grow with us. CTI will remain an active partner in supporting causes that uplift families, empower communities, and honor the people who inspire us. Because at the end of the day, giving back isn’t just something we do, it’s who we are.
