At CTI, our strength isn’t just in what we produce, it’s in where and how we produce it.
Behind every door frame, jamb, door threshold, molding profile, and substrate is a coordinated global mill network designed to deliver consistency, flexibility, and performance.
By strategically aligning production capabilities across multiple countries, we ensure reliable supply, specialized expertise, and scalable capacity for our customers.
This is how our global footprint works, and how it benefits you.
A Strategic Global Manufacturing Network
CTI’s production spans multiple regions, each selected for its strengths in craftsmanship, material sourcing, capacity, and specialization. Rather than relying on a single source, our diversified network allows us to optimize production by product type while maintaining consistent quality standards across facilities.
Our mill network includes operations in:
United States
Indonesia
Cambodia
Malaysia
Thailand
Brazil
China
In addition to full-scale mill production regions, CTI also maintains specialized sourcing relationships in South Korea, particularly for sills and sill components.
Each location plays a distinct role in supporting our full range of millwork and door frame component solutions. Learn more about our mills here.

Built on Experience: China Since 2003
China was one of our first overseas mill partnerships, and we’ve been sourcing there since 2003. Over two decades of collaboration have allowed us to develop deep operational relationships, strong quality oversight, and dependable production capacity.
That long-term presence laid the foundation for our international manufacturing strategy built on trust, performance, and continuous improvement.

Strategic Supply Chain Evolution
Over the past decade, CTI has made substantial, real-world investments to proactively restructure our global supply chain in response to evolving U.S. trade policy and international logistics realities.
That strategy has included:
Reducing dependency on any one country
Diversifying production across Southeast Asia
Expanding domestic U.S. manufacturing and distribution
Adding a 100,000-square-foot facility in Atlanta, Georgia
Expanding into Brazil to further broaden geographic sourcing
Each region contributes unique strengths, from board processing and structural components to specialty profiles and large-scale production runs. By distributing production across multiple countries, CTI strengthens capacity planning, balances workloads, and improves lead time flexibility.

Our People: Consistency Across Borders
A global footprint only works if quality travels with it.
CTI invests heavily in cross-training and collaboration across our international mill network to ensure the same standards are upheld everywhere we operate. Teams regularly share best practices, technical knowledge, and production expectations so that whether a product is produced in Asia, South America, or the United States, it reflects the same CTI specifications.
This people-driven approach ensures:
Consistent quality benchmarks across regions
Standardized processes and expectations
Shared accountability for performance
Continuous improvement across facilities
Our commitment to quality isn’t tied to geography—it’s embedded in our culture. Learn more about our approach to Quality.

Serving You Through Scale and Specialization
Our global mill network isn’t just about geography. It’s about capability. It represents the infrastructure behind every product we deliver, built to support your timelines, your specifications, and your growth. More importantly, it supports our ability to deliver on our core value of Service.
Because when production is strategically positioned, our service becomes stronger.
